Born in Jacksonville, Florida. Morrow began his career in 1940, first appearing in the film Drums of the Desert, where he played Ben Ali. In the films, he appeared in the films Meet the Wildcat, which starred Ralph Bellamy and Margaret Lindsay and Three Men from Texas, which starred William Boyd, Russell Hayden and Andy Clyde. In 1941, Morrow starred in the film The Phantom Cowboy, where he played as Miguel Garcia (El Lobo). He starred along with actor Don "Red" Barry. In the same year, Morrow appeared in the film Raiders of the Desert, which starred Richard Arlen and Andy Devine. He was considered a regular actor on film director, screenwriter, novelist and journalist Samuel Fuller's films. Morrow appeared in numerous films, such as, Danger in the Pacific (1942), which starred Leo Carrillo and again with Andy Devine; Where Are Your Children? (1943), which starred Jackie Cooper; The Cisco Kid Returns (1945), which starred Duncan Renaldo and Spoilers of the North (1947), which starred Paul Kelly, Lorna Gray and Evelyn Ankers. While appearing in the 1949 film The Big Sombrero, he was considered as a routined talented person. Morrow then made more appearances in the films Harbor of Missing Men (1950), which starred Richard Denning, Barbra Fuller, Steven Geray and Aline Towne; Let's Go Navy! (1951), which starred The Bowery Boys; The Raiders (1952), which starred Richard Conte and Viveca Lindfors; Hell and High Water (1954), which starred Richard Widmark and Bella Darvi; Run of the Arrow (1957), which starred Rod Steiger and Charles Bronson; The Crimson Kimono (1959), which starred Victoria Shaw, Glenn Corbett and James Shigeta and Shock Corridor (1963), which starred Peter Breck. His final film credit was from 1964 film The Naked Kiss, which starred Constance Towers. Morrow died in September 2006 in Los Angeles, California, at the age of 91.
