Ideal TV (also called the TV Ideal or just … Ideal TV (also called the TV Ideal or just Ideal) is a Brazilian broadcast television channel with 24 hours of programming dedicated to professional Brazilians. It made its first broadcast exclusively by subscription television on 1 October 2007, at 20:30. The channel closed on Monday, 20 July 2009. On 1 October 2013 the channel returned to broadcast television, replacing MTV Brasil, which was operated by Grupo Abril. The channel went on the air 00:01, replacing MTV Brasil which is now just called MTV, now operated by ViacomCBS.ust called MTV, now operated by ViacomCBS.

Foi lançado primeiramente na televisão por assinatura, em 1.º de outubro de 2007, pela Abril Radiodifusão, subsidiária do Grupo Abril. Encerrou suas transmissões em 20 de julho de 2009, junto à FizTV, do mesmo grupo, devido à recusa das operadoras de TV paga em distribuí-las em conjunto com a MTV Brasil. A emissora voltou ao ar em 1.º de outubro de 2013, desta vez através pela TV aberta, substituindo a MTV Brasil, que encerrou suas atividades no dia anterior. Naquele ano, foi iniciado um processo de venda de sua concessão e estrutura física para a Kalunga e para a Spring Comunicação, sendo esse processo concluído em 2015. Durante esse período, a emissora passou a vender grande parte de seus horários para igrejas, sendo que atualmente ela aluga sua grade para a Rede Mundial, da Igreja Mundial do Poder de Deus. Em outubro de 2020 foi anunciado que a Ideal TV seria substituída nos canais de televisão terrestre e por assinatura para entrar por um projeto de emissora voltada ao público jovem, a Loading, seguindo no ar via parabólica analógica a partir de dezembro. Em novembro de 2021 a rede retorna, em caráter provisório, às TVs aberta e fechada no lugar do canal antecessor, aguardando a lacração de seus transmissores.uardando a lacração de seus transmissores.
