Die Anlage hat jüngst besondere Bedeutung erlangt, als hier durch Peter Lu die neuartige, gezielte Umsetzung von selbstähnlichen Mustern unter Verwendung der Elemente der ca. 300 Jahre älteren Girih-Kacheln erkannt und publiziert wurde.
